If we receive approval to disclose the sender's name from the sender via email or in writing, we will then inform the recipient. If the sender does not reply via email or in writing or if the sender denies permission, then we will not reveal the sender's identity to the recipient.

Send Flowers shares data with Google Analytics in order to understand how our customers are using the website and optimize the site to create a better experience. Google Analytics runs in the background of analyzing user information and returning reports to us based on this information via an encrypted connection.
